History

The Comp-tex GmbH was founded as a Spinn-off company of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences www.hs-niederrhein.de. There is a closely connected cooperation and solidarity with the Department of Textil and Clothing Technology. In compbination with research projects and Diplom-, Bachelor- and Master Theses we develop together further practicable solutions in the sector of surface-technology.

Field of activity

The company Comp-tex GmbH develops and produces specific, innovative coatings for textile products based on the chemical nanotechnology. Comp-tex GmbH is a qualified partner for the textile industry, which is not only able to give suitable textile auxiliaries but also provide assistance for the whole spectrum in application technology. First samples can be finished and examined for the application in a modern equipped laboratory. In the next step samples from 5 to 50 m length and from 0,6 to 1,8 m with can be finished with nanotechnology products in service via spray application (Weko-Machine) or with a foulard. A full service is available, starting with first lab sample up to and including instructions for use and data sheets.
